An interesting article from Reuters; I agree that small medical companies are strapped for cash, and am seeing it in the consulting business.

I also agree that there are going to be some great deals for those companies who have ‘cash hoards’, but I wonder how many of them there are. Certainly Medtronic is one, but many others are still in a ‘wait and see’ mode from what I can tell.
